How it works

You provide your tenant(s) our contact imformation, and they  submit their maintenance request to us by phone or email. We will then schedule a time with the tenant to discuss their maintenance needs.

When we gather all of the information on what needs to be repaired,  we will then contact you to approve the pricing. You may also choose to set a threshold on pricing, where all repairs are automatically approved up to a predetermined dollar amount.

Once the pricing is approved and the maintenance request are completed, a bill will be submitted to you by your choice of standard mail or email, and you can pay us credit card by phone, online, or submit a check.
